Besides being unreliable, inefficient, unaffordable, unsightly and unwanted, wind turbines are also unnecessary. Many Ontarians are unaware the provincial government sold off surplus electricity to Michigan, New York and Quebec at a $1.1-billion loss for the first six months of this year.  Read more …..

Down Wind Movie, Nov 13, 2014

C.O.R.E is presenting the movie “Down Wind” on Nov 13, 2014 at the Victoria Playhouse Petrolia (VPP) at 7:00 pm.  This compelling movie is about communities and people who are living with industrial wind turbines. Representatives from WAIT-PW will be available to explain and answer questions about the 46 industrial wind turbine project slated for the Plympton-Wyoming area.

Admission is FREE.

Donations will be greatly appreciated in support of the WAIT-PW legal fund.
